At Lakes Millwork we build all of our barn doors by hand and one at a time. Our barn doors are 2" thick with a high density fiber wood panel at the core and 1/2" or 3/4" solid wood overlay, our tried and true design that assures our doors remain stable and flat for many years. Want a different look on each side of your barn door? No problem, the sky is the limit on design choices, including barn doors with glass or full length mirrors.
